Comedian Karunas is gaining significant recognition in Kollywood, securing multiple film projects and an advance for 'Vallamai Tharayo.' He is also set to star in a lead role for a Radaan TV production.
It seems like comedian Karunas is truly leaving behind a good impression with all the media firms that he has been committed to so far.
Though the world knows about Karunas and his great acting skills in serious as well as comical roles, there is much more that this actor has to offer to the cine field.
Though not the number one comedian, Karunas for sure has carved a place for himself in Kollywood. These days there is a steady line of films for him. Recently he was paid an advance for his role by producer Soundararaman of 'Vallamai Tharayo'. Not only that, after witnessing Karunas' role in 'Vallamai Tharayo'. Madhumitha Films has promised to have Karunas in all their forth coming ventures.That kind of commitment does not happen on a daily basis.
Apart from that, we have reports flowing in that Karunas will soon be seen in a lead role in a venture that will be produced by Radaan TV.
Initially Radhika Sarath Kumar had approached comedian Vadivelu for the role, but since Vadivelu will not be getting into hero-based roles for sometime now, the baton has been passed on to Karunas. In this yet-untitled film Karunas will be seen pairing up with 'Namnadu' heroine Karthiga.
