The film is touted to be a complete commercial potboiler with all the elements required for a perfect entertainer. And most importantly, mass hero Vijay is back. The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film have already been sold for a record price. Sri Green Productions' M.S.Sharavanan has bagged the rights. Directed by Bharathan, the film is confirmed as a Pongal treat for Thalapathy fans, which is bankrolled by Vijaya Productions.
