While Kriti Kharbanda's film Googly is creating box office records in its fifth week, the actress was moving heaven and earth to make her younger brother watch the film.
Two days ago she announced, "My little brother hasn't watched Googly yet! Claims he is too busy with school. I have called his secretary for an appointment. Let us pray and hope he has time." The trick seemed to have worked but the next hurdle was booking tickets in a multiplex. She did not get tickets the day before but she felt happy for that knowing her film was doing well. "Did not get tickets for this evening show. Gonna watch it tomorrow. Such a good feeling," Kriti announced.
Finally on Monday evening, Kriti watched the film with her brother. On the eve of Raksha Bandan, they celebrated with the film. Kriti has said, "Watched Googly again. This time in the company of my little brother. What fun it was! Happiness!"
And there is no problem with watching Kannada films, "My entire family understands Kannada pretty well," the Bangalore born Kriti says.
