Actor Arun Vijay and director Arivazhagan are almost ready with their next which is an action thriller titled Kuttram23. The makers have decided to release some promo materials soon and have also freezed on a date for the same. The audio and trailer of the film will be out on 1st September. The music is composed by Vishal Chandrashekhar of Jil Jung Juk fame.
