Busy shooting for two movies Dhaam Dhoom in Tamil and Rock N Roll opposite Mohanlal in Malayalam simultaneously, she was admitted to a hospital after she complained of fatigue.
The shooting for both films are taking place in Chennai and Lakshmi Rai has been acting in both films all around the clock.
This over work what has resulted in her fatigue and she was advised immediate rest.
After thorough checkup, the actress resumed shooting for the movies on Thursday.
