Venkatesh's Rockline Entertainments produced KS Ravikumar directed Lingaa has been submitted to censor board on Monday and the team has given it a clean chit after watching the movie thoroughly.
Eros International who hold Lingaa rights had confirmed the same and their Southern head Soundarya Rajinikanth announced the Lingaa release date as 12-12-14 in her official Twitter page.
Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha played the female lead roles in Lingaa that also casts Santhanam and Karunakaran in the important roles. AR Rahman's music is already topping the charts. Lingaa will be released in 3000 screens across the globe on this December 12th.
