Actress Laya is shifting her focus to the Kannada film industry after finding limited success in Tollywood. She is set to star alongside Shivraj Kumar.
Laya, the original Andhra girl, is not the most happening actress on the circuit.
Her only Telugu movie is Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila with Sivaji.
After that she is on a limbo in Telugu.
But Laya is not totally without work. After making a good splash in Malayalam (movies with Jayaram, Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi), she is now looking elsewhere.
Laya is moving to Kannada these days.
She is being paired up with Shivraj Kumar for a prestigious banner.
A good talent will always find favour.
A pity that Tollywood has not understood her potential.
