Kannada film producer Goverdhana Murthy has been arrested in Kerala for the murder of actor Vinodkumar and is now in police custody.
The Bangalore police that traced culprit Goverdhana Murthy in Kerala who shot dead actor Vinod Kumar was remanded to police custody for further interrogation. According to police Goverdhan Murthy made preparations to fly to Dubai. Producer of Kannada film 'Student and Madesha' Goverdhana Murthy fled the scene from Bagalur farm house shooting actor Vinod Kumar was absconding for a few days with the help of his employees of the company.
'I have shot him in inebriated condition' admitted Goverdhana Murthy to the police. The trusted employees with Goverdhana Murthy ' Dinesh, Srinivas and Prabhakar who helped their boss to escape were also rounded off by Sampigehalli Police wing on Monday.
The police still looking for Tripathi, Ramesh and three others who are wanted in Bagalur shoot out episode.
