Actress Nayanthara is set to produce her next film, a thriller where she will play a collector, directed by Jegan.
Top actress Nayanthara who now finds herself in a flurry of promising projects, will be producing her next film touted to be a thrilling entertainer. The actress has taken this decision after listening to the script narrated by AR Murugadoss’ assistant Jegan.
Nayanthara is reportedly playing the role of a collector in this venture, which would go on floors in August.
Jegan will also be helming the Hindi remake of Kaththi which will star Akshay Kumar in the lead, reprising Vijay’s dual role. The film has been reportedly titled ‘Ikka’. Lyca Productions will be funding the remake, much like they did the original.
