Director Puri Jagannadh has reportedly withdrawn his police complaint against distributors following an alleged office attack, raising questions.
Few days back director Puri Jaganantah has approached Jubilee Hills police alleging that he was attacked by three of the distributors who distributed his loafer movie. Puri has alleged that distributors Muthyalu Ramadasu, Abhishek and Sudheer have attacked and ransacked his posh office in Hyderabad after indulging in heated argument with him.
Police acting on the complaint booked the distributors under IPC 323, 506, 384 sections. The news has created sensation in film circles and post that there is no development on the case. Now it is coming out that the director has asked them for an unconditional apology. According to a report in an English daily, Puri apologized to Abhishek and Ramdas Naidu and even withdrew the complaint made against them. This sudden development has raised several eyebrows and Puri. Its known that earlier distributors refuted the claims made by Puri saying no such incident had occurred and warned that they would take legal action against the director.
