Yes, Pawan is made about Amitabh Bachhan, until Megastar Chiru became a big hero. That's what he said during the audio launch of "Sardaar" too. Adding more, Pawan said with a media, "I love Amitabh Bachhan. Mad about him. When I'm studying 8th class, my brother Chiru worked with a producer who is also making a film with Big B.
