National Award winner Priyamani is reportedly set to star opposite Sundar C in the upcoming mass entertainer Vaa Da.
Though Priyamani won the national award for best actress, she always has a penchant to do commercial films. She did it with aplomb in 'Malaikottai'.
The latest buzz doing round in Kollywood is that Priyamani has been assigned to act opposite Sundar C. It is a movie to be directed by A Venkatesh, who is very much known for his mass commercial films. He is currently directing Arjun starrer 'Durai'.
The movie is titled 'Vaa Da' and it comes with a tagline 'Face to Face'. The movie would be produced by Screenplay Entertainment, which had earlier produced 'Sivapathikaram' and 'Kannum Kannum'.
Sundar C has emerged a mass hero with back-to-back successes in several films He is confident of continuing his march as he is part of nearly half-a-dozen movies being made in Tamil cinema now.
