Veteran actor-filmmaker Raj Kiran is set to produce, direct, and star in his new film, 'Malai Kallan', with music by Ilaiyaraaja. He is currently filming two other projects.

Raj Kiran, who hogged the limelight playing prominent roles in recent hit films like 'Sandai Kozhi', 'Thavamai Thavamirundhu' and 'Muni', will be producing and directing a movie titled 'Malai Kallan'.
The script is almost ready and soon the shooting will commence. Ilayaraja is scoring music for the film. Search is on for the rest of the cast.
