Rajinikanth in ICU at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre

Superstar Rajinikanth has been admitted to Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore for advanced kidney treatment. Doctors are currently evaluating whether he will require a kidney transplant.

Rajinikanth will undergo advanced treatment for kidney ailment at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore. It was at this same hospital the former Samajwadi General Secretary Amar Singh had undergone kidney transplant few months ago.

This indicates that Rajini may also undergo a kidney transplant. But there is no official announcement on this and the hospital is refusing to give out any details pertaining to the Superstar’s health to maintain his privacy.

Sources say that the doctors are evaluating if Rajinikanth requires a kidney transplant or not. It is said that his kidney functions are satisfactory at the moment and the doctors will arrive at a conclusion in a couple of days.

There are reports that Rajini has been admitted to the ICU at the hospital and his condition is said to be stable.
