Samantha's NGO, Pratyusha Support, successfully helped a 5-year-old girl, Chandini, who lost her leg in an accident, get an artificial limb. The actress shared the positive update on social media.
Pratyusha Support, an NGO founded by Samantha, just successfully took up a noble cause. The NGO has treated a 5-year-old handicapped girl as part of its commendable mission of providing medical support to underprivileged women & children.
"J.C.G Bhavani(Chandhini), a 5-year-old girl who lost her left leg in a road accident when she was 1-year-old, was referred to us about two weeks back. After an evaluation, we have admitted Chandini at #MaxCurehosp for a dis-articulation which shall enable her to walk using an artificial limb", the NGO had said before the operation.
Sharing the good news about Chandini doing well, Samantha herself tweeted, "Thankyou #maxcure and @DrManjula_A . Happy day . Chandni is well @PratyushaOrg"
