SJ Suryah has said that he used to yearn for recognition from audiences as an actor when he was taking up acting assignments for Anbe Aaruyire and New. “Everyone criticized me. I was not respected for my acting talent. Now, Iraivi will mark my first step towards acting,” said SJ Suryah.
SJ Suryah has also revealed that he will be playing the baddie in Mahesh Babu’s next untitled project which will kick-start soon. “Karthik is a fantastic filmmaker. He knows how to handle emotions perfectly,” Suryah added.
He is paired opposite Kamaline Mukherjee in the film, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali, Bobby Simha and Pooja Devariya. The music for the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Iraivi is all set for release on June 3rd.
