HeroTalkies, a start-up firm that caters to the film industry has received huge investment from actor-producer Suriya's 2D Entertainment and a group of High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). The streaming portal gets movies from those who hold overseas rights and releases them on variety of platforms like iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV for the NRI audience.
Surya has invested in several other enterprises in the past and was quite successful. Hope he continues this success streak in his future endeavours as well.
