Superstar Rajinikanth who is on a vacation in USA, is expected to return home shortly. But what’s the update in 2.0 camp about the progress of the film?
In spite of Superstar’s absence, 2.0’s shoot progress is going at a brisk clip. It looks like Shankar and the team have planned it accordingly and portions that do not involve Rajini are being canned currently.
Since Rajini’s vacation, apparently the 2.0 team had a 15 day schedule featuring Akshay Kumar in Chennai and then took a break and has resumed shooting again recently. They are right now on a 2 day break and the 2.0 team is said to be heading to Thalakonam tomorrow where portions involving some Mumbai based artists will be shot. It must be noted that few important portions in Vijay's Puli were also shot at Thalakonam.
All eyes on Superstar’s return now. According to our sources, Rajini will resume 2.0’s shooting only by mid-August.
