Malayalam star Suresh Gopi is making his Telugu debut in a lead role, starring opposite Bhoomika. The film, produced by Tolly-to-Holly Sudhakar and directed by Srinu, begins shooting in Hyderabad on the 9th.
The popular Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi, who did many films in the language, is soon set to do a lead role in a straight Telugu film. He is known to the Telugu audience through his dubbed films 'Police Commissioner', 'Bharath Chandra IPS', 'Terrorist' and 'Journalist'. These dubbed versions of the Malayalam movies gained a niche for him even though he didn't do a straight film till this project came along.
Actress Bhoomika plays the heroine in this Suresh Gopi's first venture in to the Telugu industry. The overseas distributor Tolly-to-Holly Sudhakar is going produce the film, which is set to be directed as a maiden venture by Srinu.
The shooting of this film will start with a pooja and the customary rituals in Hyderabad, on the 9th of this month.
