Actress Urvashi has obtained mutual separation from her husband and popular actor Manoj K Jayan.
Urvashi, who made her debut with K Bhagyaraj's Mundhanai Mudichu, is a popular actress in Tamil and Malayalam cinema. She fell in love with popular actor Manoj K Jayan and both married in 2000.
The couple developed difference of opinion recently and filed for divorce at a court in Chennai. The couple got separated on Wednesday by a court order.
According to Manoj, 'My parents are taking care of our daughter and I hope that she would stay with me and pursue her studies.'
