Actress Mumtaz is making a comeback to Kollywood with the film 'Very Good,' where she plays an action-oriented lead role. She has undergone a physical transformation and stunt training for the movie.
Mumtaz is gearing up for a second innings in Kollywood. The glamour doll of Kollywood had vanished from our radars. Her hot item numbers also dwindled quickly.
And when she was in the limbo, thankfully Jerry happened and she is playing the role of an actress in the movie opposite Jithan fame Ramesh.
Meanwhile the actress has managed to shed some of her over weight and now looks trim and slim to play the heroine again.
After Thathi Thavudhu Manasu in which she played a cop, Mumtaz is now assigned to play the lead role in a movie titled Very Good which is being produced by K B Shankar and directed by Raviraja.
Mumtaz plays an action role in the movie. She undertook special stunt training to act in the movie.
Very Good also features Manorama, Ponnambalam and Radharvi in the cast.
