Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Kaththi has turned a huge blockbuster in Tamil. 2014 Diwali release Kaththi has raked in Rs.75 Cr and heading towards Rs.100 Cr mark.
Renowned Telugu actor Powerstar Pawan Kalyan who had earlier remade films like Khushi, Thirupachi, Love Today, happened to watch Tamil version of Kaththi yesterday [Oct 28].
As reported earlier, many producers have expressed interest to remake AR Murugadoss directed Kaththi in Telugu. But Kaththi makers haven't sold the rights, as Vijay wanted to release the Telugu dubbing version of Kaththi movie.
Now that the Pawan Kalyan is not likely to remake the movie for Telugu audiences, Kaththi makers have planned to release Kaththi Telugu movie on November 7th.
Samantha, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tota Roy, Sathish and others are part of Kaththi cast. Anirudh Ravichander is the music director.
