Remember, Chimbu Devan has earlier approached Deepika Padukone but couldn't sign in as her remuneration exceeds the budget of the Vijay's 58 film. Now a little birdie close to the team says, Chimbudevan has roped in Priyanka Chopra to play Vijay's love interest.
