Tamil star Vikram's daughter Akshita got engaged to DMK Chief Karunanidhi's great grandson Manu Ranjith on July 10th. Now, The engagement ring of soon-to-be-bride goes missing.
Manu Ranjith and Akshita lodged missing complaint in the local police station. In the complaint, Akshita mentioned that she went to the Ice Cream Parlour at Khadar Nawaz Khan Road on Tuesday and noticed that the ring went missing while she was on her way to the house. She informed that the diamond-studded Engagement Ring is worth Rs 12 lakh.
Cops registered a case immediately. They obtained the CCTV footage recorded in the Ice Cream Parlour on that party day.
Sources say, Even Vikram requested the Police Higher Officials to take special care in the case as they were very sentimental about the engagement ring.
