Superstar Mahesh Babu has adopted two villages, each in two Telugu states and at that time it is criticised that he adopted it as more publicity for Srimanthudu movie. And now, on May 8th he visited Burripalem, which triggered debate that this is another publicity for Brahmotsavam.
Responding on the same, Mahesh said, "My brother in law came up with the plan of adopting Burripalem while Srimanthudu shoot is going on. I didn't announced it to public because people will think its a publicity strategy. Even now, I've visited the village to kick start development but not for Brahmotsavam publicity. Come after two years, to see how I will develop the village".
That should clear the air over remarks that his 'adoption' is a publicity game.
