Sanjay Dutt was moved to tears at Asha Bhosle's album launch when she gifted him a Ganpati idol, wishing him well amidst his film success and impending legal verdict.
Sanjay Dutt is going through the most amazing time of his life. At one extreme his last release 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' is a huge hit while on the other end of the spectrum the verdict on his 1993 Bombay Bomb Blast case can be announced any day. He has been shooting for friend Sanjay Gupta's production 'Shootout at Lokhandwala' but apart from that he has been keeping a low profile.
It was surprising when he was seen at an event to launch Asha Bhosle's new album 'Asha and Friends' recently. Sanjay has sung a duet with the veteran singer in this album. It was an overwhelming moment for him when Asha presented a Ganpati to him by addressing him as 'Chote Dutt Sahab inki vajah se aapki saari pareshaani door ho jayegi.' This gesture on the part of the veteran singer made Sanjay Dutt cry. It was a touching moment for everyone present.
Here's hoping the Gods come to Sanjay Dutt's rescue.
