The shooting of 'Yamadonga' directed and produced by SS Rajamouli on the banner of Viswamitra Creations with Young Tiger NT Rama Rao, Priyamani and Mamata Mohandas in the lead was held at a fast pace till April 5 at Ramanaidu Studio.
Now the film shooting is in brisk pace at Rangapuram village on the outskirts of Hyderabad, where some important scenes are being shot.
The producer cum director is making the film as a socio-fantasy film. Dr Mohanbabu is donning the role of Yamadharma Raju, which is an important role.
It is well aware that the film 'Yamagola' in which the thespian and the late NT Rama Rao played hero was a big hit of those days.
Several prominent film personalities in the film industry expressed their wish that the latest film 'Yamadonga' with his grandson NT Rama Rao as hero, which is being made with total novel technology, would surpass the range of 'Yamagola'.
MM Keeravani is giving tunes for the movie and Vel Records have bagged the rights to market the audio.
The producer is making efforts to release the film on July 9.
