Superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's highly anticipated film 'Yanthram' (Robot), directed by Shankar, begins shooting in the USA with a song sequence.
Rajinikanth's magnum opus 'Yanthram ' the Robot' directed by Shankar commences in USA today (8th September). With Aishwarya Rai Bachan playing the female lead to superstar Rajinikanth, 'Endhiran' will start off with the shooting of a song featuring the lead pair.
The songs are set to tunes by A R Rahman. The movie jointly produced by Ayngaran International and Eros International, will be shot in picturesque places abroad.
Cinematography is by R Ratnavelu with costumes designed by Manish Malhotra. The songs would be shot for a month in USA and its adjoining countries before the crew would return to India to shoot the talkie portions.
A poster which was released recently announcing the start of filming has a metallic, clean-shaven Rajinikanth kissing a red rose.
