Ajith started a production house which was named as Goodwill Entertainment. The production house is an effort to recognize the talent in film industry. All the things in Goodwill Entertainment including story selection were been taken care by Ajiths beloved wife Shalini. They said that their production house will not only work with established directors but also with upcoming directors, who were struggling hard to foothold in Tamil industry. Shalini taking charge of the production house, Ajith will concentrate on his acting career.
