Ashok is easily the luckiest young hero. His maiden venture 'Muruga' was launched in a big manner. He had an enviable number of cut outs for the film. The producers have spent Rs 30 lakhs for erecting these cut outs in over 100 locations in Chennai.
Now he is awaiting his next movie 'Pidichiruku', for which hoardings have been erected in around 120 places. Generally, the producers would get sponsorship if they go for such a massive campaign for the leading actors.
The producers have created sensation by this aggressive marketing. Even the second rung heroes do not get such a massive propaganda. Ashok is lucky enough to enjoy such a privilege.
It is however, yet to be known how far this expensive marketing will be useful in promoting the film and making it a success.
