Actor ' director Prem, who shot to fame with 'Krodham', is ready to release of his next venture titled 'Ashoka'. Produced and directed by Prem, the movie features Prem in the role of a Commando.
An action-packed entertainer, the film features Anu Sri, Pooja Bharathi, Raghuvaran, Livingstone, Anandraj and Rajeev in the cast.
Speaking about the film, Prem says, "The movie is about how a VIP in the country is protected by his Black Cat commando. We have come up with stunning stunt choreography and shot the action sequences using the camera that was used for filming the Hollywood movie 'Casino Royale'."
'Since it was an engrossing action film, we have decided not to have any songs in the movie', Prem says and adds, "A huge set replicating a hospital was erected at AVM Studios where a major portion of the movie was shot. It is a movie that will send a strong message for terrorists. We have plans to release 'Ashoka' by first week of December."
