That is why he is put off by the question regarding the songs 'Vaala Meenukkum' (Chithiram Pesuthadi) and 'Kathazha Kannala' (Anjathey). "I don't like to be known as a director of Vala Meenukkum song. I have done many unique things in 'Chithiram Pesuthadi'. I have put in a lot of hard work. If the movie is known for its song alone, it would a shameful thing for me. If the song is so important, then why should we make a movie?' asks the director.
