After a success in E, Jeeva is hopeful that Pori would make it big among the audience.
'Unlike E, which dealt on a serious subject, my Pori would be a typical commercial entertainer sure to entertain the film-buffs,' he said.
Pori, directed by Thiruda Thirudi fame Subramanya Siva, features Pooja opposite Jeeva.
The shooting commenced six months ago.
'After Thiruda Thirudi, I wanted to come out with a commercial entertainer. Pori would be a different movie which would be entertaining all through,' he said.
Echoing the same, Pooja said, 'The director extracted a lot of work from me. I have more scope to act in the movie. There are a couple of peppy numbers and to dance for them was a big challenge. They have all come out well. I am hopeful that the movie will become a big hit.'
Jeeva, on his part, said, 'After E, I wanted a light film. Pori has comedy and action in the right mix. It is a movie which would take me closer to the front-benchers.'
