The latest update is that Karthi will be playing a NRI Pilot, and will fall in love with Sai Pallavi while on a trip to India. Sai Pallavi will be playing a doctor onscreen, and it is to note that she is a medical student in reallife too. The premam heroine currently persues her studies in Georgia.
