After Nila, Kollywood has a Delhi girl trying to make a mark in Tamil filmdom. Thanks to director Saran, Delhi-based Keerat is making her debut in Vattaram. A frank and out-spoken girl, Keerat says,' It is a great fortune to be part of Saran's film'. Asked how she landed up with the offer, she says, ' Saran sir saw me in few commercials. Impressed with my profile, he called me for a make-up test. Things went on well and today I am part of Vattaram'. Keerat has been committed to act opposite Dhanush for Desiya Nedunchalai, even before her Vattaram could grace theatres. Says Keerat, 'People are friendly here and very co-operative. Happy to be part of Tamil movies'. 'Glamour is integral part of heroines. It has to do with beauty and not skin-show. Unless it is not crossing the limits, I would do glamour roles'. A happy decision from the fans point of view.
