Arya has bought a swanking new flat located in Greams Road, Chennai. He had invited his close friends from the film fraternity for the house warming ceremony. Surprisingly, Nayan was present and she was the person to light the auspicious Kuthuvilakku in the flat. Others present include Vishal and Udhayanidhi Stalin. It's only the second time Nayan is visiting Chennai after her much-publicized breakup with Prabhudeva happened. It's also notable that Nayan is actively reading scripts these days in an effort to stage a comeback.
