The case of Prabhu Deva and Nayantara is going gloomy day by day. If remembered the Nadigar Sangam has sent summons for the couple to their respective houses in Chennai and Kerala stating to appear before the court on November 23rd 2010. As both of them are not available the registered posts sent has been returned.
But Prabhu Deva and Nayantara have failed to appear before the family court in Chennai for the third time. Ram lath is also not seen at the court as she is in hospital after her suicidal attempt recently. S.Meenakshi Sundaram the principle judge at the family court asked Latha to give fresh notices to Prabhu Deva and Nayantara through the court post and also courier. The case has been called for next session on January 21, 2011.
