With Jeeva's E, released during Deepavali, doing good business at the box 'office , all efforts are on to complete Jeeva's Pori and release the movie for this Pongal to cash in on the new-found image for the actor among the fans.
Pori is directed by Thiruda Thirudi Subramanya Siva and features Pooja opposite Jeeva. A major portion of the movie was completed.
Says Subramanya Siva, 'We are optimistic of Pongal release. The movie has all commercial ingredients including dance, romance, songs, comedy and action. Value for money would be Pori, and Jeeva plays a dare-devil youth in the movie.'
Endorsing the director, Jeeva says, 'We have completed the shooting and the post-production works are on, to facilitate an early release. Hopefully we will release it this Pongal.'
'Music by Dheena would be a highlight,' says the director.
A couple of peppy numbers typical to Manmadharasa in Thiruda Thirudi finds a place in the movie.
