Actress Charmi is injured! She has been shooting for her upcoming women-centric Telugu film from quite a while.
Puri Jagannadh is directing this Charmi starrer titled 'Jyothi Lakshmi'. It was during their Goa schedule, a junior artist has to hit on Charmi's head with a hockey stick that landed p on her face. Charmi was immediately rushed to hospital and the Jyothi Lakshmi team resumed shooting after six hours, ensuring that Charmi has takedn pain killers, injection and ointment.
“It was so scary. I started crying immediately, as my skin is so sensitive that it turned red and started swelling. Everyone thought the Goa schedule might be wrapped. Thankfully my face did not druice further and we finished shoot after taking necessary treatment.”
Charmi is fine now and continuing her shooting, as per schedule.
