The last two weeks have been a it pedestrian in terms of new releases and their performances. The last big release was Pournami, starring Prabhas.
As it happens, this period drama, seems to be floundering at the box office. Though the film has its moments and music, the audience are not lapping it up.
In the event, this week-end should provide more grist to their mills. Tow biggies are set to arrive.
Balakrishna's Veerabhadra and Mahesh Babu's Pokiri are both set for release. The first one is a fun enetertainer, the second is a big action masala in the backdrop of land mafia.
Balakrishna seems to be on a very good wicket as the promos have gone down well with the masses. Pokiri with Illeana paired with Mahesh is also a slickly made flick.
After that there will be Bangharam and Oka V Chitram along with a couple of typical summer releases. So the stage is set for big time action.
