As a part of the promotional activity for his debut movie 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai' in 2000, Hrithik Roshan was supposed to go on a dinner date with the winner of a Coco-Cola contest. While then a 19-year old college girl had been lucky enough to win the contest, however till date she was not able to meet her dream idol.
As per media reports, Shikha Monga from Haryana had won the contest but she was asked to take a compensation of 5 lakhs then by Coco-Cola company, which she refused to take and go for the date with Hrithik instead. However despite repeated correspondence with the company, Shikha was not given her prize and she moved on to take legal course in 2003.
Shikha, now 34, reported to have filed a notice in Chandigarh court, demanding Rs.2.3 crore; citing that she was mocked by everyone, asking about her date with Hrithik, following which she lost her reputation and was referred as a liar.
