Rumours have been floating around for the past couple of days that Prince Mahesh would reprise the role of a Chief Minister in Koratala Siva's film to be launched in the month of February. The news has become almost official now.
DVV Danayya, who is going to bankroll Mahesh-Koratala Siva's film, has registered the title 'Bharath Ane Nenu' at the film chamber. As the title sounds a political leader's words during his swear in ceremony, Mahesh's role as a CM might have been confirmed by the makers. But then, how can Mahesh do justice for this heavy role is a point to be interpreted. Actually, he doesn't have political awareness nor was a great orator in public meets. Neither had he delivered aggressive speeches in public platforms as a politician nor supported any political party. It then remains to be seen how far the role offered to him suits to his attitude.
Of course, the star has earlier played MLA role in 'Dookudu'. But the role remained to have been confined to entertain audience, but no social issues were dealt in the film. Since Koratala is known for offering messages in his films apart from including regular commercial elements, he might settle the affairs to satisfy fans and movie lovers.
