Director Raghavendra Rao is known for projecting the heroines in a most beautiful and romantic way. With the age getting advanced, he almost turned philosophical and started throwing his weight towards mythological and devotional films, like Annamayya, Sri Manjunatha, Sri Ramadasu.
This year, he is going to direct Yuva Ratna Balakrishna in his home production for 'Rangaa' Pandurangaa' in which the hero is playing a dual role.
The script work of the film was almost complete and the music sittings with Keeravani would begin very soon. The film would go to sets in August.
Even as the project is yet to begin, the director planned another film on Swamy Vivekananda, who as Narendra, enlightened the entire world about the greatness of India culture, tradition and heritage besides the human values.
JK Bharavi was asked to prepare the storyline and the script was also prepared.
