This Dasara season, Tollywood hasn't have a great competition at Box Office. Though a slew of films Premam, Eedu Gold Ehe, Abhinetri and Man Oori Ramayanam slug it out at the Box Office, none of the films have that star appeal and the absence of a star hero film is clearly conspicuous.
Had Ram Charan's Dhruva made it to theatres this Dasara, the situation would had been different and Charan would have got maximum advantage. But Charan missed the golden chance. With the film being delayed, there's no proper buzz surrounding the film and the film slated for Dec release, Charan is walking a tight rope. Even Charan's previous films Bruce Lee, Govindudu Andarivadele failed to meet the expectations, so he has to be more careful. And one more worrying factor is that December isn't a good season in US market to have release.
Given that it's winter and people busy with Christmas celebration and it's followed by a slew of releases for Sankranthi, one has to see how Dhruva would fare.
