Not many film makers get a chance to dabble with a multistarrer in their first ever film, but Manish Jha did the improbable when he came up with his female multistarrer 'Pran Jaaye Par Shaan Na Jaaye'.
Starring Raveena Tandon, Sushmita Sen, Divya Dutta, Dia Mirza and Rinke Khanna along with Mahesh Manjrekar, Aman Verma and Vijay Raaz, the film made a lot of news during its making but turned into a turkey out to be a turkey when released. Keeping the failure of the film behind him, director Manish Jha has moved on as he arrives with his 90 minutes English film 'STRINGS' that has some portions in Hindi.
With a tagline of 'Bound By Faith', the film is set against one of India's mega events of the Hindu faith Maha Kumbh that is recognized as the world's largest for its magnitude. The film has actually been shot in the biggest Indian spiritual showcase of Indian heritage i.e. Maha Kumbh. A contemporary film starring Adam Bedi, Sandha Mrigul, Tannisha Chatrejee, Sanjay Kumar, Deepak Kumar and Vineet Kumar, 'Strings' is the story of life & relationship beyond the seen & foreseen.
