After being a part of the arduous Barry Boot Camp in the US, Vir Das has decided to stick by the routine. The actor religiously follows a strict fitness regime that includes six different workouts viz. swimming, boot camp, parkour action,yoga, MMA and free running. He clubs a set of three exercises in his daily workout pattern.
The actor in a recent interview said that it's the workout that is keeping him charged all the time. And when one starts with any exercise he should focus and not astray. He also said that if he's not shooting it is the fitness regime that keeps him busy. Das will be sticking to his trainer's advice to continue with this series of exercise.
