Thursday evening saw the audio launch of the Jaggesh-Darshan starrer Agraja. However, Darshan could not make it to the function as he was in Mysore. The audio of the film has seven songs, one of them written by Kaviraj and the rest by Panchajanya. The music is by Nandan Raju, who has worked as assistant to RP Patnaik earlier. Interestingly, the story of the film is by RP Patnaik. The debut directorial venture of Srinandan is likely to release early or mid September.
At the audio launch, a dance troupe danced to three songs from the film. The poster as well as the audio CD did not contain the image of the actors. Instead there was only a silhouette prompting Komal to quip that actors should not be kept in the dark for so long.
Jaggesh praised editor Govardhan who has become producer with this film saying that the technician has taken it as a challenge to become a producer and he appreciated his spirit.
