The famous actor Surya who recently released the audio of Arya’s forthcoming flick ‘Boss Engira Bhaskaran’ heaped laurels on the young hero as “My family loves Arya. They make it a point to catch all his films. And when a song from one of his films gets aired on television, they drop all work to watch it. No one moves from their place or scan the TV for other channels. Sometimes, I do feel a little jealous.” Surya further says “Arya is lucky to have gotten an opportunity to perform different kinds of characters in a short span of time. And he’s used the opportunity well.”
Arya all fire
Arya is the darling of producers in Kollywood now. After a good showing Arindhum Ariyamalum and the latest Pattiyal, Arya has his hands full. No he is shooting for Auto. The other heartening news is in Arya pairing with Pooja in Auto. The movie is being directed by debutant Pushkar. A P J Film Gardens, the producers of Nee Venumda Chellam,are churning out Auto. All fire was Arya in a fight sequence canned recently. He was on a bashing spree, on getting to know that his auto had been driven away by a bunch. On a chasing spree, he succeeded in getting back his auto but only after his trademark slam-bang ways. Arya hopes that Auto would certainly help him continuing his good run in Kollywood.
Arya with Saran
Following Auto, Arya's next project will be for director Saran. Titled Vattaram, it would be an action-packed entertainer. Post Pattiyal, Arya has won the tag of action hero. His role as a dreaded gangster won the admiration of many. It may be recalled that Saran's last Idhaya Thirudan failed miserably at the box office. With Arya around, Saran is all determined to make Vattaram click. Meanwhile, the buzz is that Arya may get to do the movie Naan Kadavul, that originally had Ajith in the lead. Later when Ajith dropped out, Surya was speculated to take over. Now Arya is being spoken about for the role. Watch this space for more.
Arya's trouble
No, this one is not about the hero Arya. This is about the film Arya. Madhavan's much publicized Arya is still a non-starter. The movie to be made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu is being directed by Love Today fame Balasekaran and produced by Manoj Kumar. After tasting success in Thambi, Madhavan was keen to begin Arya. However only a few portions were shot. Rumors of bringing in another hero into the project are also doing the rounds. Madhavan is reportedly angry at his dates being wasted by the production house and has started to shoot for Manirathinam's Hindi venture Guru. He says that the producer and the director should be approached to know the reasons for the delay. Meanwhile it is also said that Prakash Raj, who is also a part of this film, is the cause for the delay, as he is demanding a higher salary. The exact reasons are not known. Let's hope the shooting commence at the earliest.
Arya, Igor again
Remember director Igor? He directed Kalaba Kadhalan starring Arya and Renuka Menon a few months ago. Though the movie could not make it big at the box office, the director was acclaimed for presenting a different story from the gang war genre films. Now, Igor has commenced all works for his next film. He has cast his lucky mascot Arya for the lead role. Search for a suitable heroine is on. Noted writer Pattukottai Prabhakar is penning the dialogues for the movie. He is currently writing the dialogues for Prashanth starrer Petrol. Igor promises that the movie would be different from his earlier film and would be a movie to cherish in Arya's career. Arya is currently busy with Vattaram, Naan Kadavul and Auto.
Arya on the move
Guess who is the man with the most number of films in Tamil now? Simple it is Arya. The handsome hero has all the right banners under his kitty. After Pattiyal's success, Arya is on an overdrive. He is doing Auto for debutant Pushkar. A P J Film Gardens are the producers. Pooja is the heroine. Then he has Vattaram for Saran. Arya is now being talked of a long-race horse as he can walk into any kind of role. After Naan Kadavul with Bala, he is expected to reach a new peak. Arya is understandably happy. But he is keen to keep the wheel in motion.
