Allu Arjun’s ‘Varudu’ is currently gearing up for its release on March 31st and now, the stylish star is getting ready for his next film titled ‘Badrinath’ under the direction of V.V.Vinayak. The latest news is that the film is planned to hit the floors from 25th March at Hyderabad. With the mega banner, Geetha Arts and Allu Aravind as a producer the film-makers are planning to rope in the best technicians and actors for the film. , Tamannah will be playing the Arjun’s lady love in the film. M.M .Keeravani is scoring the music while Ravi Varman will handle the cinematography. Kamal Kannan who handled the visual effects for ‘Magadheera’ is roped in for Badrinarth too.
Badrinath’s movie launch with Chiru as special guest
Allu Arjun’s latest film, ‘Badrinath’ under the direction of V V Vinayak is being launched today. Mega Star Chiranjeevi is the special guest for the muhurat and will sound the clap board. The film’s shooting will start from today. Vinayak and Arjun are trying to introduce new stunts in the film. With the mega banner, Geetha Arts and Allu Aravind as a producer the film-makers are planning to rope in the best technicians and actors for the film. Tamannah will be playing the Arjun’s lady love in the film. M.M .Keeravani is scoring the music while Ravi Varman will handle the cinematography. Badrinath audio on May 7
The audio launch of the most awaited film of the year Badrinath will be held on 7th May, 6.00pm at Shilpa Kala Vedika. Allu Arjun and Tamannah are playing the lead roles in this film. Most of the film’s shoot has been completed except a couple of songs and patch work. The post-production works are simultaneously under progress and the makers are planning to release the film either in the last week of May or in the first week of June. V.V.Vinayak is directing this film. Badrinath is being produced on a grand scale by Allu Aravind under Geetha Arts banner. M.M.Keeravani composed the music for the film.
'Badrinath' pre-release report
The most talked about movie ‘badrinath’ is going to hit the screens in next three days. With sky high expectations already built on, it is Herculean task ahead for Allu Arjun, VV Vinayak and Allu Aravind to reach them. As film is granted the ‘A’ certificate for over violent scenes, here comes the first and most reliable internal pre-release talk about the film. Major strength of 'badrinath' is going to be only and only Allu Arjun with his macho trendy get up. While first half has gone good, it is second half where extreme violence filled action episodes will play the key in deciding the fate of film. Bunny’s dances, fights and energetic performance and Tamanna’s glamour along with grandeur in settings will be added advantages. Story wise, it might be normal but VV Vinayak’s powerful taking will be tested. If audiences accept characterization of Bunny without any question marks, then ‘badrinath’ will have a lengthy run at BO with no big releases in market till July end or August else film might still have a stay of minimum 6 to 7 weeks, say an internal source. Even they say that good length of movie is cut on editing table (including climax) in order to decrease the over all span of film which has now come to nearly 155 minutes. Although there is nothing that we can rely upon, let us wait for three more days to get the exact report.
Badrinath 1 Week Collections 28. 25 crores
Badrinath one week collections: Allu Arjun's Badrinath movie 1 week collections amounted to Rs. 28. 25 crores. Badrinath producer Allu Aravind in a press meet said that Badrinath movie 1st week collections were Rs. 28. 25 crores and share was 20.75 crores. The movie collections were also recorded as the biggest in this year so far. This Badrinath's 1 week collection is the second highest collections in Telugu film industry history it seems and the first highest collections went to Magadheera, which also belongs to Geetha Arts. During Badrinath's success meet in Hyderabad, producer Allu Aravind said that Badrinath one week collections gross was Rs. 28.25 crores and share was rs. 20.75 crores – the second highest after Magadheera. Badrinath movie was released on June 10 with high expectations but did not meet the required rigor. However, it terms of colletions, perhaps Badrinath movie 1 week collections is one of the biggest so far.
Badrinath Collections Higher than Ready
Telugu films stylish star Allu Arjun's Badrinath collections have even leapfrogged Salman Khan's Ready on top of Indian box office collections. Now this is really amazing! In fact, Badrinath Telugu movie has the highest net collections for the past week in India and Allu Arjun shows his star power once again and this time its on a greater magnitude. Reports say that Allu Arjun's Badrinath net collections are higher than Samlam Khan's Ready net collections. And mind you, Salman Khan's Ready, which is a remake of Telugu movie staring Ram and Genelia, had a 2 week collections totaling around Rs. 90 crore mark althoug the occupancies are very low. Amongst other Bollywood movies, Shahrukh Khan produced Always Kabhi Kabhi has opened to lukewarm response. Similarly, Cycle Kick and Bheja Fry failed to connect.
