Party time begins

This week there has been just a single release. And that is Party, directed by Ravi Babu. It is just the right title for what is to follow from next week. With Sri Ramadasu and Ram slated for release next week, it begins what promises to a big bonanza all through the summer. Meanwhile, Party will run its course. But it is too early to make a prediction on the movie's performance at the box office.

Party hosted for Launch of Party

It is a welcome party to NRI's of UK and USA to celebrate the launch of party by a international distributing house on behalf of Chiru The party was arranged following an inspirational declaration from the actor turned politician about the objectives and underlining the philosophy of the party. The highlight of the party is a speech made by Chiru's brother Pawan Kalyan who mostly shies away from the party culture. During his surprise speech he advocated for human rights and revealed his attachment on Martin Luther King Jr who fought for equality between races and human beings. He declared his intention for serving the nation even before entering filmdom. He disclosed his searching for a able leader who could lead him ended with his brother. He praised Chiru as a sensitive person who understand common man's problems. He also appealed all to avert caste divisions and asked for integrity in finding a strategy for betterment of society.

Jayasudha joined the Congress Party

The popular South Indian actress Jayasudha has joined as a member of the Congress Party today on 15th October. She attained the membership today in an event held at Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad. Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy and PCC President D.Srinivas were the personalities present on the occasion. Jayasudha on this occasion said, "I have lots of interest in doing social service, and I felt I will get more opportunities to attain by aspiration through politics. Hence, I have joined the Congress Party, which has designed many programmes for the poor and the needy." The season seems to be a time for people from the film fraternity to venture into the politics. It is not a matter of offense, if the stars really mean their words and wish to do good deeds for the people.

Salman Spoiling Venkatesh Bodyguard Party

Both Salman Khan and Venkatesh are officially remaking Malayalam hit movie 'Bodyguard' in their respective languages. Salman Khan's Hindi version of Bodyguard is releasing today in about 120 screens across AP setting new record for a Hindi film and this will surely putting pressure on Venkatesh's Telugu version in terms of expectations and intensity. The problem here is that if more people see Salman's Hindi version since its coming with a record number of prints, this viewership will dent the Telugu Bodyguard audience and collections. Ask Venkatesh on the same and the actor is unmoved opining that his Telugu version will not be affected in any way. “We have our own audience and we're working on the movie”, says the actor. Generally, Hindi movies do not come with big releases in AP but with the festive season (Ramzan and Vinayaka Chavithi), the distributors are looking to cash in on the fever and long weekend and that too, after Salman's back to back hits Dabangg and Ready. So will Salman spoil Venkatesh's party? It'll be touch and go!

Sonakshi Sinha's Birthday Party Pictures; She Looks So Pretty!

Parthiban doesn't do different things. But he does things in a different way. The actor-director, who is playing a baddie in Selvaraghavan's 'Ayirathil Oruvan', is simultaneously gearing up for 'Vithagan', a film in which he would do the lead role besides directing it Says Parthiban, 'Present-day youth need something different. And we can taste success only if we read their pulse right. 'Vithagan' is an intelligent story with full of twists in its screenplay, which would surely lure them.' On 'Ayirathil Oruvan', he says: 'It will be a clich©d one if I say that the film is going to be a milestone in my career. I simply love my role as a result of which I accepted to do the villain for the first time. Just wait and watch.'
